The principals, Bill and JoAnn Davis, formerly Aerospace engineers, are partners in business and in life, each having over 30 years’ experience as technology providers. Early in their careers as aerospace engineers they worked for technology companies such as Lockheed Martin, General Electric (GE), and Harris Corporation. Their expertise with commercial and government communication systems, as well as business management software, continues to elevate their team as an industry leader. Every IMS technician is at least an AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS), which is the only ANSI accredited certification for commercial audiovisual professionals and all IMS installations adhere to published AVIXA best practices as applicable. Also, on staff are Certified Master Crestron programmers, certified design engineers, and business software developers and programmers. We routinely provide support for all phases of a project from design inception through implementation and maintenance. Our team operates using a time-tested set of documented standard operating procedures for all phases of a project, which ensures a uniform and high level of quality across all our products.
