Space Coast Association of Realtors – (Audio-visual Design-Build)

Thank you and your team for the great job designing and integrating the AV systems in our Headquarters building. The state-of-the-art presentation systems have made our event space one of the most flexible and accommodating on the Space Coast. We now support our member base with educational classes, greatly enhancing our organizational mission and goals.

Project Overview: New Headquarters Facility and Event Center, Approximately 20,000 sq ft.

IMS partnered with the Space Coast Association of Realtors to design and build audio-visual systems for the facility to be used primarily for customer support, market research, collaboration, presentations and as a community event rental facility. The AV systems provided an interactive presentation forum to support these activities. Attendees experience a unique interactive meeting environment between remote participants and the in-room attendees.

  • 3-way event auditorium with room combine, audio reinforcement, large venue projectors, digital switching and transport system, control system, multimedia podiums, cameras, event streaming and web video conferencing, digital signage, telephone conferencing, hearing assist system
  • Large Executive Boardroom with collaboration technology – DSP-based audio system, table microphones, displays, web video and telephone conferencing, control system
  • Multiple Smaller Huddle Rooms each with display, video systems, web video and audio conferencing, audio system
  • Public Areas background music and public address system, including outdoor areas
  • Facility-wide digital signage system and digital video distribution system

Office displays and PC hook ups with ability to tie into main auditorium system and monitor events.
